Keywords:ferroelectrics, Strongly correlated material, Photo-induced phenomenon

Some strongly correlated ferroelectrics absorb the wavelength longer than visible light because of their specific electron state. Hexagonal YMnO3, strongly correlated ferroelectric, have electron transition of d orbital in visible to infrared region. We focused on the photo-induced phenomenon and revealed the electron state. In this paper, the correlation between the electron state and photo-induced current will be discussed using YMnO3 epitaxial thin film.
