[7p-PB5-2] The influence of periodic potential by GaN nanocolumns on GaN/AlGaN 2D-electron gas

We have studied the magneto-resistance in GaN/AlGaN 2D-electron gas (2DEG) underneath the GaN nanocolumns array at low temperatures and in high magnetic field to detect the information of electronic state in the nanocolumns.The Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations, the commensurate oscillations, adnd the magneto-resistance due to the weak localization reveal the induced periodic potential into the 2DEG by the GaN nanocolumns.
