Magnoise is a powerful probe for investigating the internal magnetic states in MTJ devices. We have developed a high sensitivity magnoise measurement technique that rejects the effect of low frequency fluctuations by chopping the bias voltage and acquiring noise power in synchronization with it. We will present the operation principle and theoretical sensitivity limit of this technique, along with some magnoise spectra obtained on MTJ devices using this technique.
