REBCO線材の低コスト化に向け，基材上に導電性中間層を介してREBCO層を堆積させた構造が提案されている．本発表では，これまで我々が報告してきた低温成膜手法である「KOHフラックス法」により，導電性中間層及びREBCO層を成膜した結果について報告する．
