[7p-S44-1] Holographic grating for electrons by laser interference processing

The wavefront pattern of an optical beam can be transferred to that of an electron beam using holographic grating plates produced by the laser interference processing. Furthermore, we also aim to produce a phase hologram for the electron wave by optimizing the laser power and its distribution on the surface of a sample. It is expected that electron vortices can be generated highly efficiently by using this phase hologram.
