We have prepared the Fe, Sc-doped TiO2/n-TiO2/Ti film on Al2O3 substrate by RF magnetron sputtering. The prepared thin flms exhibited anatase structure. Futhermore, we have probed the hydrogen generation by photocatalysist reation.
