Recently, perovskite solar cells with the simple planar structure have been developed using MAPbI3-xClx as light-absorbing layer. In this study, we have successfully produced MAPbI3-xClx centimeter sized grains by the growth of MAPbI3-xClx precursor crystals at atmospheric. The advantage of this fabrication method is that the entire processes can be operated at the temperature below 80°C and that the water or oxygen cannot affect the performance of the perovskite materials.
