[8a-A501-8] Fabrication and evaluation of giant grain MAPbI_3-xCl_x thin film

Recently, perovskite solar cells with the simple planar structure have been developed using MAPbI_3-xCl_x as light-absorbing layer. In this study, we have successfully produced MAPbI_3-xCl_x centimeter sized grains by the growth of MAPbI_3-xCl_x precursor crystals at atmospheric. The advantage of this fabrication method is that the entire processes can be operated at the temperature below 80°C and that the water or oxygen cannot affect the performance of the perovskite materials.
