Semiconductor colloidal nano-dots (CNDs), which consist of the semiconductor nano crystals and organic ligand molecule, are promising solution-processible materials for various thin film electronic devices. In this study, we fabricated the field-effect transistors using the ligand-removed PbS CND films by (NH4)2S treatment. The conductivity of the films was considerably improved, and the highest hole mobility of 1.1×10-3 cm2V-1s-1 was obtained.
