In order to verify the factors of the microdroplet formation, the relationship between the droplet diameter distribution obtained by the experiment and the nozzle tip electric field intensity by electromagnetic field analysis was discussed. From experimental results, it is suggested that multi nozzles capable of stably forming multiple liquid yarns are effective for the production of monodisperse fine droplets.
