We propose a new organic single crystal growth method using "electrostatic coating method" and "ion liquid thin film". About 100 μm Hexagonal transparent plate-like crystals of Alq3 which generally used for organic semiconductors and needle crystals are easy to grow could be prepared by optimizing the deposition conditions.
