[14a-512-5] CO2 laser-induced nanostructures on thin Au films

We have induced nanostructures on thin Au films (thickness 5-10nm) by irradiating CO2 laser. For the laser power of 6W the irradiation time of 20 seconds is sufficient to induce nanostructures, as the obtained extinction spectra of Au film show.
