[14a-512-6] Fabrication and Evaluation of Metal Nano-particles by Laser Lift-off Method

Here we present fabrication of metal nanoparticles using laser lift-off method. We also fabricated metal nanoparticles with the core-shell structure. This fabrication method of metal nanoparticles has some advantages to reduce cost of fabricate precious metal nanoparticles because no expensive precursor is necessary and also no difficulty for large metal particles with diameter of a few tens nanometer for LSPR, compared with conventional chemical deposition method.
