Conceptually new bent-shaped organic semiconducting pi-electronic cores including chalcogen atoms have been designed and develped. They exhibited high carrier mobilities, high chemical stability, and high thermal-stress durability in devices. In this presentation, I will report creation of organic semiconductor single-crystalline thin films having high carrier mobility by means of our original solution process techniques.
