[14p-414-9] Sequencing of adenine in DNA by STM

If not only guanine which is one of the purine bases of DNA but also adenine can be distinguished, by reading all the purine bases of each single strand of the double helix DNA, the original double helix than the complementarity of the DNA base pair DNA sequencing can be carried out. We report on synthetic DNA oligomers composed only of adenine and viral DNA, and we have identified adenine by STM.
