We propose all-optical AND gates based on interference with using a 120-nm thick metasurface beam deflector. By additionally input a fixed bias light, binary contrast can be maximized up to 9.5 dB theoretically. The insertion loss has been calculated as 1.5 dB by using silver as the material. Because the gate is super thin, this would be applicable for ultra low latency optical computing.
