[15a-318-1] Characteristics of VUV emissions from solid-rare-gas laser plasmas

We report characteristics of laser plasma VUV emissions from solid rare gas (Ar, Kr, Xe) targets. We observed their spectra by a VUV broadband spectrometer with intensity calibrated by SR. The results show that broadband continuum in the 30–200 nm range and many peaks superposed on it for all targets. These are expected as useful sources for broadband VUV spectroscopy.
