In recent years, many researchers have been studying nanophosphors for in vivo bio imaging using "biological window" in NIR region. Since there are many problems with organic phosphors, fluorescent proteins and Q-dot phosphors, development of inorganic nanophosphors is desired. In this study, we report the emission characteristics etc of GdVO₄: Nd³⁺, Yb³⁺ nanophosphors prepared by the microreactor method.
