Vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) arrays has attracted attention due to its high output power by a two-dimensional array. In order to obtain a high quality beam from a VCSEL array, phase synchronization operation is necessary. Talbot effect is expected as the technique. In this study, the influence of intra-array super mode formed in Talbot-VCSEL is investigated by numerical analysis.
