Optical wireless power transmission is evpected to be smaller, higher-power, and longer distance transmission,
comparing with conventional wireless power transmission.
We have reported 52.7% conversionefficiency by using 830nm laser and 873nm GaAs solar cell.
In this study, we measured conversion efficiencies of InGaP solar cell and InGaAs one.
