Optical wireless power transmission is promising for applications to various equipment due to features such as small size, high output power, long distance feeding, and so on. LED and LD are appropriate light source because of narrow spectrum. A solar cell with Eg close to the light source wavelength is suitable. In this report, we considered the effective wavelength range of light for optical wireless power transmission mainly from the viewpoint of efficiency.
