円型欠陥フォトニック結晶レーザの特性解析の結果を発表する。特に、発振状態において円型欠陥共振器の円周部でキャリア密度がクランプされること、それによってキャリアの共振器外部への拡散が抑制されることを、拡散を考慮したレート方程式によるシミュレーション結果から示す。
