[15a-F206-4] Study on the break of A1-E1 selection rule in Raman spectra of AlN/Al-stripe structures

We study about interaction between infrared light and phonon using metal/semiconductor composite materials. In present, Raman study on AlN/metal stripe structure is conducted. When Raman excitation light covers the both side of the AlN line , an additional E1 mode at 944 cm-1 is found. Since E1 modes are forbidden in present Raman configuration, it is thought that the relaxation of Raman selection rule occurs on semiconductor/metal stripe structure.
