In order to investigate the diffusion of OH groups at the silica glass bonding interface, silica glass with different OH groups concentration was bounden and the diffusion of OH groups was investigated when it was heat treated. The diffusion coefficient of the OH group was proportional to the OH group concentration, as shown by the theoretical formula when water and Si - O - Si diffuse while repeating hydration and dehydration. It is suggested that the proportional coefficient rapidly increases at 1150 ℃ in the previous report. In order to confirm this detail, measurement was carried out by increasing measurement temperature and heating time.
