Keywords:Silicon solar cells, Iron impurities, Mossbauer spectroscopy

We have been developing a “Mössbauer Spectroscopic Microscope (MSM)” in order to investigate the Fe impurities in multi-crystalline (mc) Si solar cells. This MSM can provide information on the charge states and the lattice positions of 57Fe impurities in Si solar cells, and show the distribution for each state of 57Fe . In this presentation, we will show the the results of MSM, EBSD, and EBIC in the same area, and consider the effect of grain boundaries for Fe distribution.
