We studied the photoinduced deformation of amorphous carbon nitride thin films using several spectroscopic techniques. The films deposited by reactive radio frequency magnetron sputtering. The photoinduced deformation effects are one of the techniques of light-driven devices. We made a light-driven pump using amorphous carbon nitride films and then evaluated the pumping motion.
