Critical and logical thinking skills are important viewpoint of the education for contribution of sustainable society. The energy and the space educations are suitable for the skill up of not only the critical and logical thinking but also risk literacy which is also important as post-3.11 style education i.e. managing skill of disaster risks for a resilient future. Firstly we designed the learning programs and developed the practical learning tools of as post-3.11 style energy and environment education. The programs and tools were used in some high school lectures as SSH program and in some events such as mini-science courses held in Morioka Children Science Museum. The designed programs and the tools were evaluated based on interviews and evaluation sheet. The results showed the programs and the tools were effective to improve the skills of the high-school students and the children in elementary schools.
