So far, we reported that the electric-field effects on magnetic anisotropy, damping constant, domain structure in CoFeB/MgO system. In this work, we investigate the effect on an exchange stiffness constant AS through spin-wave resonance detected in nanoscale MgO/CoFeB magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs).
