We have developed a novel crystal growth technique called “AP Method.” We are now produce a knowledge-base of crystal growth related to materials for a variety of crystal development from a standpoint of materials informatics, by analyzing crystal growth data and material characteristics based their heat features. We are developing an automated control of crystal growth using machine learning to pursue the following perspectives.
