Keywords:Superconducting nanowire single photon detector, superconducting single flux quantum circuit

The single photon detector with low timing jitter is essential technology to realize quantum repeaters and quantum interface and superconducting nanowire single photon detector (SSPD) is expected as promising one. The timing jitter of SSPD usually include not only the one originated from nanowire device itself, but also other extra jitter such from coaxial cables, amplifier, TCSPC module, and so on. In this work, we have investigated the timing jitter of SSPD by means of single flux quantum circuit with few ps timing jitter.
