[16a-P2-8] Observation of Protein Aggregation under Electric Field by In Situ Forward Light Scattering Measurement

We present an electric-field induced aggregation of lysozyme in situ measured by forward light scattering. The accelerated aggregation of lysozyme is observed for the crystallization solutions around a metastable region under low applied voltage at low frequency, in which the forward light scattering is enhanced.
