[16p-416-8] Development of a Flexible Dual-gate Organic Pressure Sensor

In our previous work, we succeeded to develop the novel dual-gate organic pressure sensor that achieved a low-voltage operation (5 V) and large pressure response of drain current (ID) by applying the pressure load. In this report, we developed the flexible dual-gate organic pressure sensor to enhance the mechanical strength of the device against the pressure load. In addition, we succeeded to achieve the low-voltage operation less than 3 V and the large modulation of ID that is 1000 times larger than that of the other low-voltage pressure sensor.
