Keywords:OCT, 3D measurement, encoder

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is the noncontact method to measure the height or depth of the sample. In this study, we developed a rotation scanning OCT probe built-in a miniaturized optical rotary encoder for measuring the dimensions and 3D profile of metal parts.
