In measurement of physical properties of organic semiconductors, a single crystal is used because it can avoid the influence of grain boundary. However, the fabrication method of a transistor structure using organic single crystals is limited. We proposed an electrical contact method by laminating film-like electrodes (lamination contact electrodes) to crystal surface. The resistance of a-(BEDT-TTF)2I3was measured by field effect four-terminal measurement in low temperature. We verified a high usefulness of the proposed method by comparing it with conventional methods using conductive paste.
