We fabricated compact and uniform FA1-xCsxPbI3 thin films by one step method using high-boiling 1-cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidone (CHP) as an additive. glass/FTO/compact TiO2/FA0.8Cs0.2PbI3/Spiro-OMeTAD/Ag structure solar cells were fabricated and those using DMF: CHP mixed solvent compared with those using DMF solvent improved all parameters of solar cells.
