In this paper, we report the preliminary result of solution-processed 2- and 4-terminal c-Si/PEDOT:PSS and CsFAPbIxBr3-x thin-film solar cells. So far, we have demonstrated the efficient front-PEDOT:PSS/c-Si junction solar cells with a power conversion efficinecy (PCE) of 13-15%. Also, CsFAPbIBr thin-film solar cells exhibited a maximum PCE of 14% by adjusting the deposition condition and film thickness, and I/Br compositional ratio. We will discuss the formation process of multijunction of PEDOT:PSS/c-Si and perovskite thin-film solar cells using sing silver nanowire.
