Accelerator-based BNCT neutron sources have been developed in various locations. Characteristics of generated neutrons are different for each facility and should be evaluated experimentally. In this study, neutron beam of Ibaraki Neutron Medical Research Center was evaluated by unfolding method using a 3He-proportional-counter-based Bonner sphere spectrometer with weak proton beam in the developing stage of the falicity.
