[17a-P1-4] Silicone- based Optical Element Fabrication with Gallium / CaF₂ Mixture

Low cost and light optical system based on PDMS matrix is reported for on-deman optics fabrication. The liquid Gallium / PDMS boundary control was studied for on-demand spherical surface fabrication with optical quality without polishing. In addition, the scatter-type UV transparent filter will be proposed and demonstrated by fluoride particle dispersion in PDMS.
