We had been prepared the capacitor electrode using porous-MnO2-C60 hybridized particles. In this case, due to the hybridized particles are in several micro sizes, performance of our capacitor was low. In this study, we focused on surface area of MnO2 particles towards capacitor electrode. Using ultrasonic beads milling method, MnO2 particles size can be reduced from microparticles to nanoparticles and the crystal structure is maintained in alpha phase MnO2.
