In our previous reports, ferroelectric croconic acid thin film formed on SiO₂/Si(100) substrate was investigated. Memory window was shown in C-V characteristic. In this report, the evaporation of croconic acid thin film on Yb interfacial layer with varied deposition temperature was investigated.
