Distributed processing by the high-pressure wet atomization device, cavitation bubbles in large quantities to occur at a rapid pressure change at the time of the high-pressure injection. Hydraulic Jet Plazma Chamber, which was developed in this study, improvement of plasma generation efficiency and effective atomization of aggregates can be expected by the use of these cavitation bubbles in the generation of plasma. As a result of dispersing the titanium oxide by Hydraulic Jet Plazma Chamber, the median diameter became smaller than the conventional chamber, and the absolute value of the zeta potential larger than the conventional chamber.
