[17p-315-4] Effect of ultrasound on synthesis of nanographene by using in-liquid plasma
Keywords:in-liquid plasma, graphene, ultrasound
Effect of ultrasonic irradiation on nanographene synthesized by in-liquid plasma was investigated. When ultrasound at 500 kHz was irradiated, the synthesis of nanographene was enhanced. The synthesis rate increased with increasing electric power applied to transducer. This is because ultrasonic cavitation has high temperature, pressure, and velocity fields. From Raman spectrometry, the crystal size of nanographene became larger as the electric power applied to transducer increased.
