[17p-416-7] Si3N4 / EO polymer modulator with fabrication and low voltage drive

We fabricated optical modulator with Si3N4 core and EO polymer clad. We measured propagation loss, we obtained 3.7 db/cm. Then, measured half-wave voltage, we obtained Vπ = 1.8 V with 10 mm electrode length.
