Terahertz wave phase shifter using composite device which consists of nematic liquid crystal and nanofiber fablicated by electro-spinning method is fablicated. The phase shift value of this compisite device under irradiation of 400 GHz is about half of that of pure liquid crystal but the decay time when the applied voltage is removed extremely reduced from 171 s to 290 ms.
