Keywords:Sodium-ion secondary battery, soft x-ray spectroscopy

Rechargeable sodium-ion secondary battery (SIB) is a significant energy technology not only for information industry but also motor industry . Prussian blue analogues (PBA), i.e., AxM[Fe(CN)6]y (A and M are alkali and transition metals, respectively), have been intensively investigated as cathode materials for SIBs. To truly comprehend the redox-reaction mechanism in SIB, the local electronic states around the M site should be experimentally clarified. The purpose of this study is to determine the local electronic states around Co on the same crystallographic site in Co-Fe PBA against the Na concentration by means of the high-resolution resonant soft X-ray emission spectroscopy.
