We studied magnetic properties of L10-type ordered FeNi alloy fabricated by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). We deposited Fe and Ni film with alternative monoatomic deposition on Cu(001) single crystal with various temperature. Magnetic anisotropy energy was evaluated by SQUID measurement, and it shows maximum value at about 300C.
