[18p-133-4] Investigation of Cu₂SnS₃ system photovoltaic cells with high efficiency

We have investigated Cu₂SnS₃ (CTS) system photovoltaic cells with high efficiency, which is one of candidate materials for narrow band-gap absorber as bottom cells in tandem photovoltaic cells. However, the conversion efficiency is not enough large becasue the reported maximum value is 6.7%. We will make a presentation for our study on the CTS cells, and we would like to dicuss the reason for the low conversion efficiency of the CTS cells.
