[18p-136-3] Fabrication of chiral structures in lattice by irradiating an interference pattern

Keywords:chiral structure, laser interference pattern processing, optical radiation force

Fabrication of chiral structures by optical vortex is a topic for over a decade. Recently, fabrication of chiral structures by irradiating a circularly polarized beam on azo-polymer was reported (Masuda K. et al., Opt. Exp. 2017).
In this experiment, as the new variation of laser interference processing technique, interference pattern of circularly polarized light was applied to fabricate chiral structures in matrix in a single process. In addition, optical radiation force distributions of interference patterns were simulated.
