P-type and n-type micropatterns were fabricated selectively by controlling the irradiated total incident energy in femtosecond laser reductive sintering of CuO/NiO mixed nanoparticles. In order to investigate the effect of heat accumulation on the degree of reduction of the micropatterns, the thermoelectric properties were evaluated at various the laser fluence and writing speed. As a result, we found that the thermal history greatly affected the degree of reduction of the micropatterns. In addition, this method was applied to writing of a thermocouple, and its characteristics were evaluated. Highly sensitive thermocouple was successfully fabricated.
