We performed THz time-domain spectroscopy for of organic-inorganic hybrid lead halide perovskites, which constitute a promising materials system for solution-processed high-efficiency solar cells. We evaluated the energy loss function, representing the longitudinal excitation, and showed that it is critical for the optoelectronic properties.
